DENIS F. KEOHANE

     Denis F. Keohane, Founder, President and CEO of the Keohane Company Ltd, immigrated to the United States from Kinsale, County Cork, Ireland in January 1988 at age 21. In 1989 he founded the Keohane Company Ltd on a shoestring budget of $1000 that he borrowed from his brother and in 1990 bought his first investment property, a three apartment building with his then new wife Mary in Roslindale, Boston. Over the next thirty five years, the Keohane Company Ltd has had over one thousand three hundred real estate transactions and still counting. 

Denis lives in Milton, Massachusetts with his wife Mary of 34 years and has three grown daughters. He attended the University of Massachusetts Boston, and Eastern Nazarene College and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in business in 2009. Denis is a former member of the Milton School Committee and the Milton Board of Selectman; is currently on the Board of Advisors to the Beth Israel Hospital Milton; is a member of Quincy toastmasters - a public speaking club since 2009; a licensed private pilot and an avid golfer.
